A California fire department claims a light bulb in their station has burned for 116 years. The assertion comes after a Pittsburgh couple said an alarm clock had been stuck in their wall for 13 years, and a Pennsylvania woman said she had a light bulb that functioned for 37 years. Tom Bramell, a retired deputy fire chief, is in charge of looking after the bulb. "It's been burning continuously since 1901," he told Inside Edition. "You're not allowed to touch it. We don't even dust it off."

BALTIMORE, Md.— No. 21 Swarthmore College Women's Soccer captured the Centennial Conference Championship for the second time in four seasons and as a result, locked up an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. The second-seeded Garnet and No. 10 Johns Hopkins University, the tournament's top seed, were deadlocked 2-2 after regulation and overtime on Saturday, forcing the game to be decided in a shootout. Swarthmore advanced after making three penalty kicks to Hopkins' one. Swarthmore senior Sommer Denison, who converted from a field player to a goalkeeper this season, earned the tournament's MVP honors after entering the game for the shootout and saving a pair of attempts.
